A little over 7 years ago, I looked at myself in the mirror and was disappointed that I let my weight gain so far out of control. This is what kick started my personal weight loss and wellness journey. At the time, I was not a personal trainer and didn’t understand all of the tools available to me, but I took the journey on one day at a time with better eating habits and daily exercise.
As the weight steadily decreased, family and friends started to inquire about what I was doing and wanted me to help with their goals. Fast forward two years, I lost 100 pounds! With people still inquiring about my assistance, I knew that what worked for me may not work for them. If I was going to help I needed the right education and tools to do so. In 2014-2017, I became a Certified Personal. After relocating to Florida, I wanted to ensure that I had the right tools to also help with older adults and became certified in functional fitness for older adults. Last year, I began to study for my nutrition coaching certification.
Now with over 3 years of experience working with clients ranging from youth to older adults, along with annual continuous education—there is a variety of tools and knowledge that I bring to every client interaction.

What if I Have a Busy Schedule?
A busy schedule is not an issue when you sign up Fitness with Dal P. When you become a client of ours we take the time out of our day so you don’t have to. We come to you on a schedule that works best for you.
Can Couples or Groupes Train With You?
Yes! We offer private couple and group classes.
Should I Consult a Physician Before Starting?
Yes! You should always consult with your physican before starting any type of workout. Depending on your age and health history, there may be some important tests the doctor may need to perform before you begin exercising. Tests such as an EKG, a stress test, blood tests and more.
